(gdb-init-buffer): New function.
(gdb-set-gud-minor-mode-existing-buffers)
(gdb-info-breakpoints-custom, gdb-get-location)
(gdb-set-gud-minor-mode-existing-buffers-1): Use it.
Previously gdb-create-define-alist wasn't always run and added to
after-save-hook.
